Unfortunately with this country, it don't work like that. We already knew going in he wasn't that great of a candidate. I voted for him to get rid of Trump before he puts people and policies in positions to screw us over even more than he did his first term.
Nothing more, nothing less. Voted to get rid of Trump. I hope to God the Dems don't think of trotting out Kamala in 2024

Finally- my family was affiliated with the Black Panthers, NY chapter, and the Freedom Riders- ancestors who fought in order for you to exercise your right to vote; not for you to choose the less evil racist white man as a show of symbolism and acts of faith who doesn’t give a Fuk about implementing any laws, regulations or policies in exchange for the power that you give him. That being said, you are not special in these political trenches. Don’t expect the sob story of sympathy from me. What I said is based on the FACT that Trump appointed over 200 federal judges and 3 SUPREME COURT JUSTICES. The damage from that will be felt FOR YEARS, esp to black people. All of the fukkery these Republicans have been doing to pass and restrict voting aimed DIRECTLY at making sure they make it harder for nikkaz to vote will be upheld by these same judges if/when it gets to the courts.
When you have familly members that literally fough and got beatdowns to make sure we have these rights to vote, I cannot and will not sit on my ass to not exercise that right knowing the shyt they had to go thru. I know it sucks having to deal with this lesser of 2 evils system, and I get everyone's frustration. But not voting is EXACTLY what they want nikkaz to do.
With that being said, and like i said in an earlier post, Biden better do something because midterms are coming up quicker than we know it. They need to produce something for the people that got his funky ass in office.
If not, then
I personally will always vote because it must mean something if they want us not to have the right to do so so badly.

This is a great point. They stormed the capitol because Trump and the GOP are the embodiment of racism and white supremacy and that’s what they support with their vote. I will not allow a group of people who are openly wanting us not to vote and are openly trying everything they can to prevent us from voting to win. And if that means voting for the other group to make this happen, then so be it.

1) Don't vote or vote Republican and they will continue to put in people in power that give zero fukks about black people and don't want to give us anything. 2) Vote Democratic and the floor is at worst getting nothing.

But by now, theres hundreds more Republican judges and couple more Republicans on the Supreme Court.
It will be decades before the court gets re-balanced.
Massive voter restrictions are in place across the country.
Black and hispanic voters are kicked off the voter rolls after every election, and have to re-register in person 1 or 2 days a month in lines that last for hours at the MVA.
Thats why you cant afford to sit out ever.
You may never catch up again.
I look at what they HAVE done to make my decision. And what they have done and continue to do is try to take away something our people fought and got killed for which is the right to even vote.
Affirmative Action DID help us, white women benefitting off of it more than anyone is a charge it to the game byproduct. Just because it helped others as well doesn't mean it didn't do what it was supposed to do. And you know how it got shut down? Judges, many of whom vote Republican since they didn't think it was fair. And those judges got voted or put in due to the voting process and people who make the decisions to appoint that got voted in. So the power of voting right?
I already stated I didn't necessarily vote FOR Biden, I voted to get Trump out the paint. If Dems squander it due to consistently not being on code, then oh well.
I will never help put Rethug clowns in office again. If you have some sense, that's one thing, but there are blatant
