People withhold their votes in every election, there were periods where black people weren't even allowed to vote. I cannot pinpoint a single time it was effective at securing any tangibles.

There have been 46 presidents, all 46 times they were elected we wanted reparations and equality. all 46 times some or even all black folks didn't vote. 40% of us didn't vote in 2016. lowest in the last 4 elections. still no tangibles, do you have any evidence that this strategy has worked ever? even once?
