Ok. So Alpharetta's basically the cutoff point between Metro "Urban"(Black) Atlanta and those mountain Hillbilly parts of metro ATL. I see. I have some family who lives in a nicer suburban sub-division literally right next to the Kennesaw Mountains in the Cherokee County Area. The Kennesaw Mountains really tower over their neighborhood. And one of their neighbors had a rather interesting White Supremacist moniker for his WiFi. It was something like "WhiteAnger88" or something like that. Anybody who's looked up White Supremacist stuff knows the significance of the number 88 to White Supremacist groups.

:mjpls:

As Black as ATL is, those Hillbilly Appalachian Mountain areas are right on the outskirts of the metro area. I noticed a WHOLE HEAP of Whites in those outer counties like Cherokee.

Yeah Appalachia starts right there north of the city. Its a pretty extreme difference socially. It's almost like the battle lines are drawn. You rarely see them in our areas and vice versa. But in those areas like Kennesaw it's a weird mix. Decent number of us around in those places but you also got the spill over from the redneck areas. They obviously don't like Black people but fukk em. Lot of them stupid hicks are still fighting the civil war. I'm sure it kills them to see Blacks, Hispanics and Asians running around. All in the shadow of that mountain that so many of their ancestors got slaughtered on fighting a war in which they sorry asses still lost. I troll those fools with the confederate flags on they car. Like y'all bamas lost. Why you repping the side that got its ass kicked? That's like me rocking a '98 Falcons Super Bowl Champs shirt. I know what the flag really means but at its base its stupid as fukk if you think about it.

See this is why I preach to folk to ALWAYS keep 2 things in check, your credit score and save money for investing. When opportunities come knocking you must position yourself to take advantage of them.

Word. That is what alot of those folks at the REIA metting told me. Get your credit score real good and save money to have enough capital to invest in real estate. There is many oppurtunuities to invest acorss the areas black folks live. And there is plenty of capital its just alot of us are hyper consumers and dont think long term.

There is 2 Starbucks in Campcreek (used to be 3 before they closed Barnes and Nobles), chik-fil-a, and Publix :sas2:

South Atlanta is actually a good place for upper middle class working black folk to raise a family... lotta people dont know that.

Camp Creek is a anomaly due to its close proximity to the busiest airport in the world. Its a weird mixture of a variety of things.. But i feel you. I would actually live off of Cascade. Its some mansions on the low out there

Yeah I stay going over there on the 2 AM tip to get some food. They got some good late night options over there if you got the munchies.

Ive noticed the closer you get to Chattanooga going north and closer you get to Alabama going west, white folks rachet up the racism from about a 6 to a strong 9

Ensley, Certain parts of 5 points west.... Certain spots in West End near Cleveland Avenue.... Matter of fact, there is a rumor that the immediate area around Princeton Hospital is being looked at by private investors.... there's more, but these the areas I was kind of focusing on... but you can find gems in Pratt City, and East Thomas as well..... because these spots are cheap, but need serious rehabbing\renovating... or better yet.. if you know a contractor that will work with you, buy a spot for the land and knock the home down... start from scratch....

Fairfield is in a free fall, and I'm expecting real estate prices to hit rock bottom out there....they're in a financial crisis and their tax base aint shyt... which means Fairfield High and Forest HIlls jr high most def aint gon be shyt... poor Miles College :to: Bus routes about to get cut back.... Police dept about to be disbanded on April 1st.... :whoo: shyt about to be lit..... and that wonderful residential and commercial real estate will be a fraction of what its truly worth a year from now......

I ain't been back to Alabama in awhile, saw Fairfield went bankrupt but I didn't know it's gonna be that bad. Time to make a killing out there.

Some of the worst traffic in ths country. The DFW area is overcrowded. Mexicans have basically moved nikkas out of their neighborhoods. Just like what happen in California.

I grew up in Cedar Hill during 90's and that area has went down

The property value has dramatically fallen. Crime has risen. The school district used to be one of top school district in Texas. Not even close to that level now.
damn nikkas catching Ls everywhere :wow:

And don't knock Cleveland breh. If folks like us all moved to places like Detroit, Clevleand, and Gary we could turn it around. Real shyt. Been putting the bug in nikkas ear about buying shyt in the Midwest. I bought and fixed up a house in Gary for less than 7 racks breh. This ain't no big shyt either homie. Damn near every nikka in this thread could do that.

TRUTH..... Been trying to get some of my closest partners and some other associates to buy up blocks of destitute property right outside of Bham........ Its land and houses that's going for 5k right within the edge of city limits.... and the way Bham is gentrifying right now...... folks that's currently living in these areas won't even be able to afford shopping in their neighborhoods, let alone live there......so it might as well be us who owns the majority of the real estate so we can at least attempt to look out for our brothers and sisters who are already staying in these areas

How yall nikkas find cribs for that cheap? :wtf:

That must only be in bankrupt/desolate cities cause aint nothing that cheap in the A or surrounding areas. :aicmon:

What apartments? I haven't been anywhere there besides the Shopping Area. I get a Stonecrest vibe when I`m in the Camp Creak area, hate to say it.

They building a whole damn apartment complex right behind BJ's :damn:

For years they been talking about about expanding Campcreek and they aint did shyt except build that gas station! :damn:

But I still enjoy going to club publix and checkin out the bad bishes :ahh:
or walk around target for 2 hours pretending like I'm shopping tryna find a wifey or 2 :blessed:

DFW Metroplex
The southeastern suburbs are becoming run down and they dont have no type of bus line going thru them even though they have like 200,000+ people and its literaly on the border of the City

:ohhh: I've always wondered for years why Desoto, Cedar Hill, Lancaster, & Duncanville don't have DART service. Than again there's a bunch of notable suburbs in the Metroplex that don't have DART, The T, or DCTA service.
