I know some employers try to hire more women in certain fields these days in an effort to promote "diversity" but it still comes down to the hiring manager and who they feel is a better FIT on the team based on their skill level and their attitude/personality.

The women i work with in my field contribute just as much if not more than some of the men. Hell, the one that was hired the same day as me on my team is running laps around me right now in terms of contribution so i wouldn't fault them if they promote her over me.
And we're not even gonna discuss the fact that on average they typically make LE$$

In my experience it just often because they are good eye candy and exaggerated resume.....

"Dating down"...I dint really get this concept. I mean no one wants to date someone without any ambition and who constantly messes up but just cause someone is working a job that pays 45,000/yr doesnt make you a better person just cause you make 150,000.

I make above 6 figures and I never thought "oh she makes 50,000 less than me, she isnt on my level"...then again I dont ask for a lot besides for a person to be nice and respectable to their self and others

If the breh is more competent than them and can hit the ground running and deliver results quicker most hiring managers , who need someone urgen, will pick the best candidate.
Then again i work in the technology field. Most of the time an opening exists because someone left. Chances are whoever left had projects they were working on that needs immediate attention and has no time to let someone take long to get up to speed. That manager wants the person they feel can have the smoothest transition while the project's progress is slowed down if not at a halt.

And trust me in most companies i've worked with...in highly technical positions... the women you come across arent cute at all. And i mean ive fukked some busted chicks in my lifetime. I'd hesitate to fukk most of those. But someone hired them...because they are good at what they do.

In my current company there' s a lot of eye candy around in other departments and a very few in some of the more technical positions. There is this cute little 5'1 caramel complexion in the network engineering group. She's a cutie for sure but she has an attitude. And her manager is a mean butch lesbian looking woman that's 60+ so i doubt if she was a lesbian she'd be fishing for 26y/o black chicks since she dont look like she fukks with black people like that outside of work.

People joke about the "Hobosexuals" and Sugar Mamas but from my observations its going to be even more common in the coming years. Alot of below-average looking, above-average earning women mid 30's and up are going to throw the towel. They can't attract a high-value man long-term due to their corporate/independent woman attitude and competition from twenty-somethings, so they will go for the next best thing and get a young buck 5, 10+ years younger for the pornstar sexcuddle up with from time-to-time, make her feel young again, and break bread off to.

I'm paraphrasing but someone said the six figured lawyer woman is on a level playing field with the cute girl who works at Foot Locker when it comes to competing for the same man.

Historically, women have married up whilst men have married down. With this new dynamic with more women earning higher salaries, they now realize that men in their tax bracket are few and far in between.

As for men in that tax bracket? Nothing has changed. They're happy to play the field and have a housewife who doesn't boast the same resume. That's why I see so many miserable married women who married down out of desperation.

Women DO NOT want to be leaders. It's not in the nature to want that. They want the man to lead. No woman is respecting a house husband or a man who earns ways less than them.

Trust me when I tell you this. I've seen and heard it all.

100%. I lead because I have to not because I want to. I can’t wait to give that shyt up. But at the same time I’m not handing over the reigns of my household to someone that can’t handle the responsibility. But soon as someone can assume the role I’m dropping that head of household title with the quickness. shyt can bish scrapbook or something? I’m tired of having to keep these cacs off my back at work and run the household. I do think I have a good candidate now though. He’s very thorough and brutally honest, which I appreciate.
