The title is not what Suge is saying, hes talking about how snoop isnt mentioned on list. not a shot at him.
And Snoop is a Top 10 overall artist
snoop is not appealing to the "Hip Hop Head" type of rap fans. That make these internet list you see on blogs,sites, twitter post, etc.
Plus alot of "hip hop heads" are not far from being a casual. but thinks because they can recite the track list of Illmatic they are "hip hop fans"
they only pay attention to snoop's Doggystyle and DR era . so they skip over most of his catalog, and many skip or skim through his music. hence "he only has 1 good album" myth which is clearly not the case.
