Bro I have hard time these days telling the difference between somali, ethiopian and eritrean girls in Seattle. I was at alki beach and saw so many dimes just walking around. I look for small stuff like maybe a cross or a tat or something to give me a clue but most of the time, they just all bad.

There's also a large biracial community out here, just redbones and black brothers with their pawgs on skateboards.

:wow:

brehs what should a cdn black breh do in seattle for his first time?

I was wondering when this thread would be upped.

Depends on what season you come. I know you like photography and taking pictures so you'd want to see all the spots with views.

- Alki Beach and the view of the city from West Seattle.
- Kerry Park
- Seattle center and Space Needle
- Columbia Tower. Tallest building west of the Mississippi
- Jose Rizal Brige
- Pikes Place Market
- Great Wheel
- Seahawks, Sounders, Mariners, or Husky football game.
- Gasworks Park
- Lake Washington
- Snoqualmie Falls if you don't mind a 40 minute drive
- Ferry to Bainbridge Island
- dikks restaurant
- Golden Gardens
- Green Lake on a sunny day. The women all go there

Every major city has there version of this type of restaurant.

When we asked Eat Like a Man readers to name the most life-changing burger joint in a poll last week, we kinda figured the honor would go to one of the bigger chains: Steak 'n Shake, In-N-Out, Five Guys. The others were just outnumbered. Instead, the winner by a huge margin, with 56% of the votes, was Seattle-based dikk's Drive-In, which inspired more vocal burger love than any other place, even from some guy in Florida. (Full results are at the bottom.)

As several commenters pointed out, there's nothing extravagant about dikk's, which has been around the northwest Washington area for 58 years. They serve a simple, cheap burger (a Deluxe double is an astoundingly low $2.70) that people just like. The secrets, according to a spokesperson for dikk's, aren't very secret: The beef patties are "fresh, never frozen, and delivered locally every day," and they use a sauce made of mayonnaise and spiced pickle relish.

Your boy must be military. I don't know anyone else who lives down near Steilacoom. You were literally right next to Chambers Bay where the US Open is next week. The course is beautiful right being right up against the Puget Sound.

Been here 11 years on Saturday and never been to Mt. Rainer either.

I've lived in Seattle for 11 years. I don't think I remember a spring and summer like this.

Time to que up Masta Ace- Long Hot Summer and enjoy the ride brehs.

That feels like Antartica temperatures compared to the hot, humid, muggy hell hole anywhere below the dixie line. It's pure hell down here! :damn:
