I wasn't hatjng Toronto is 8 percent ad well

We're concentrated in that area, it's why I mentioned it specifically.

Driving around there I took the time to count all of the black people/families I saw. Easily reached 100+ in an hour then stopped counting.

It's all good in the PNW. :obama:

That feels like Antartica temperatures compared to the hot, humid, muggy hell hole anywhere below the dixie line. It's pure hell down here! :damn:

Sounds like it. Which is why Seattle> anywhere else in the country during summer.

8 percent

8% of 3.6 million is around 300k black people. That should be more then enough for any person. Add the 22% of Asian and Latin and it's really 1 third of people here aren't white.

Don't forget for being prominently white Seattle is mostly liberal and doesn't care about weed. :yeshrug:

Moving back to Seattle in September...gonna miss the Summer :damn: Ill be living in Edmonds...right on 196th like 5-10mins from Alderwood and all those shops. My school has a shytload of foreign students there. Been talking to a dude who goes there who smashing down an Indonesian jawn :ehh:

Summers are GOAT there...as soon as the sun was out would take that ferry from Bremerton to Seattle and just walk around...all the damn chicks out, asian tourists . The scenic beauty :ohlawd:

Washington is beautiful all around..dont sleep on glacier lake or the lavender fields in Seqium:wow:

Oh and the honies are down to earth and easy :blessed:

Met me a white chick off CL back in like 10'. Just cameback from leave so my money was :flabbynsick: till payday. Breh she treated me to dinner, and paid for the cabin at La Push(take a girl you really fukk with out there:ohlawd:)

It was plenty if young blacks for me to :eat: Though I'm 24,dont know how it is for you older brehs. Also dont sleep on Tacoma. In fact wouldnt suprised if they start building it up,if they havent already. Might be a good time to invest in property :patrice:

Traffic out there sucks..those fools voted NO to have a rail line built back in 1970,which is why they late on the light rail tip. You dont want a job up in Kenmore, living in Renton.

Speaking of that it seems South Seattle lowkey the best spot to live right now.Cheaper an you can take the lightrail into the city. Plus more black people, and if you from a east coast city, chances are Seattle will have way less violent crime.

My question where are the good black food spots? Jamaican food shyt like that....I heard Nate Robinson got chicken and waffles?:lupe:

Last note, even in the non summer months you'll get shocked with great sunny weather...in fact the day i flew back to NJ after my service it was 50 and sunny..and that was in January :mjcry: Seattle winter>>>>>>Midwest,Northeast winter EASILY. Besides the gloom it doesnt rain as much. For instance 2 weeks ago South Jersey had a rain shower that prolly totaled upto 2months of what Seattle gets :russ: It dont pour down out there too much.

CANT WAIT TO BE BIIKE! :win:

Good neighborhoods to live?
Cost of living?
PAWG scene/black women?
Job Market?

I think good neighborhoods depend on many different things.

Do you want to be close to the city? Safety important? Good schools? Close to clubs and restaurants? Cheap housing? Racial diversity? What exactly are you looking for in a neighborhood?

Cost of living: Seattle is expensive and getting more expensive by the month. Renting or owning is starting to get crazy. It's still not SF, LA or NYC bad, but they also have more to offer then Seattle.

Pawg/Black women: I hear people complain about the lack of black women, but with blacks only being 9% of the population that should not come as a surprise to anyone. As far as pawgs go yes, yes they are here.

Job Market: Forbes and WalletHub claim that in 2015 Seattle has the best job market in the country. Depends on what your field is, but if you're a tech guy Seattle is the 2nd best place to be behind the Silicon Valley.

Better weather (no snow and humidity), cleaner air, & safer. Washington isn't perfect, but there are a lot worse places to live in this country.

I really want to move here, just don't know how I can end up there. Lived in NY and ATL. Tired of both those places want to see something new.
