We're concentrated in that area, it's why I mentioned it specifically.
Driving around there I took the time to count all of the black people/families I saw. Easily reached 100+ in an hour then stopped counting.
It's all good in the PNW.

That feels like Antartica temperatures compared to the hot, humid, muggy hell hole anywhere below the dixie line. It's pure hell down here!![]()

Sounds like it. Which is why Seattle> anywhere else in the country during summer.
8% of 3.6 million is around 300k black people. That should be more then enough for any person. Add the 22% of Asian and Latin and it's really 1 third of people here aren't white.
Don't forget for being prominently white Seattle is mostly liberal and doesn't care about weed.![]()

Good neighborhoods to live?
Cost of living?
PAWG scene/black women?
Job Market?
The whole area has a job market that shyts on where i'm at.I think good neighborhoods depend on many different things.
Do you want to be close to the city? Safety important? Good schools? Close to clubs and restaurants? Cheap housing? Racial diversity? What exactly are you looking for in a neighborhood?
Cost of living: Seattle is expensive and getting more expensive by the month. Renting or owning is starting to get crazy. It's still not SF, LA or NYC bad, but they also have more to offer then Seattle.
Pawg/Black women: I hear people complain about the lack of black women, but with blacks only being 9% of the population that should not come as a surprise to anyone. As far as pawgs go yes, yes they are here.
Job Market: Forbes and WalletHub claim that in 2015 Seattle has the best job market in the country. Depends on what your field is, but if you're a tech guy Seattle is the 2nd best place to be behind the Silicon Valley.

Jobs pay more and the cost living is still less than NJ....I should've never left Washington![]()
