It's not about being scared it's about protecting people that are vulnerable and not having this hospitals overrun and medical works overworked.
It's scary when people are trying to police others about how often to attend "essential" places, instead of just minding their fukking business, and staying in there own home. It's scary when people call for total lockdown, behind this. THIS. Yeah I get it don't congregate, cover your mouths, stay 6 feet away from people, but at a certain point, just like with every other thing that's ever happened in human history, life is going to have to happen again. Because you can literally say it's about "protecting people that are vulnerable" about damn near anything. That's just how "vulnerability" works. As for the other thing, what's the timeline for acceptable losses and hospital overrun? 2 weeks?, a month?, a year? Until there is a vaccine?
