It's cool. Perfect for background music for the fall. Hoes will eat this up.

Would of liked a SIR feature or Brent Faiyaz tho with a bit of saxophone in the mix.

Ran through the 1st half. Decent, but I just feel like I’ve heard this sound before. Production is pretty good. No track stood out for me outside of “Come Thru”.

I think it’s a very good, chill “ambience” type of album you kinda have on in the background.

Gonna round out the 2nd half, digest it, then revisit later.

Tried to listen to her when everyone was hyping the track that got the Drake feature and it was meh...
Will give this a listen, but every time I've heard a track from her its

Nothing I have heard from her has stuck with me at all.

Right

Was listening to her new album earlier and the songs started running together

Then she isnt the best singer

I can barely understand what she is saying half the time....dont see her appeal

None of the newer generation of rnb singers have impressed me really besides Ari Lennox and HER

Just finished the album.

6/10

It just sounds like one long song. Just far too similar, not too surprised as London on Da Track (her BF) produced a lot of the album. I honestly don’t think there’s anything for me to revisit.

This new generation of “R&B artists” level a lot to be desired. Their image is pushing the music. The music ain’t got two legs to stand on.

I’ll go revisit HER, SZA and Ari Lennox this weekend for comparison.

IWas holding on saying this because I haven't heard Summer in a while, but listening to the first few tracks she reminds me of a poor man's SZA vocally.
Which is far from a complement because I don't consider SZA that great of a vocalist, but her song writing is of a much higher calibre.
