Goblet squats
Stiff leg deadlifts
Leg press
Calf raises
Hamstring curls
Quad extensions
I do about 3-4 sets of each... my thighs are 25" cold... To be fair though I have always been a cyclist so I have a little head start
But you can have beach worthy legs w/o deads bro.

if you know you taking in the protein/cals and moving up in weight you set out to you doing right


I think I had the best work out since I've been doing this brehs...I was bumping that Ar-ab 
Like I said, I did lose 8 lbs but I doesnt look like it so im good
