sumo deadlifts vs regular deadlifts

I want to start working these into the routine. Should I replace regular deadlifts with them for a bit? Should I start doing both? :shaq:

What kind of weight can I expect to lift after I get the form down? 100% of deadlift? 75% of deadlift?

I do both. I like mixing up DLs.....I include hex-bar once every 5-6 weeks too.

regulars work just fine for me. On the rare occasion when I do get bored, I switch it up to fraken squats

Sumo anything targets the interior of your legs. Sumo DL's aare cool because they incorporate more quad and anterior core movement..
