My real problem with this is that I'm tired of "optics." Let's deal with reality. If he hasn't changed, he doesn't deserve the job. If he has, he should get the job if they really wanted to give it to him. They should be able to say, I know what the optics are, but we vetted him. It's been 15+ years with no other transgressions, and it's time we move forward. At least, that's the way I see it.

These athletes need to start putting these other sports on blast and making reporters speak about behavior in other sports.
