What superset workouts do you guys do. Supersets are like 2(or more) sets in 1 set
I dont do these all the time but i do them ocassionally to push the training. On the bench for example...
I bring dumbells to the bench and immediately after i do my set on the bench ill do a set of dumbell flies (x6). Really raises your musclar endurance. I dont go crazzzzy heavy on the bench but obviously enough to where im challenged for both parts of the set.

but you gotta do on short works out i cant do more than 2 body parts.
when u done with whole set,do that 4 times and then move to my next set of super sets
just dont go to hard unless im tryin tear something out of place
