what do you mean? Just set up a exhibition match, turn off gimmicks, items and final smashes in the settings menu that pops up before you actually get into the stage/character selection screen.

Or go to training mode.

I was overthinking it. I just realized the best way to practice is against real people. :yeshrug:

Was that you I just played? If so, good games.

Has anyone tried this in handheld mode? I have a feeling the only way to really play it is in tabletop.

I've played pretty much entirely in handheld. I think I've put in around 30 hours or so and it plays fine.
The game is obviously very intense for the joy cons so it does strain my hands a lottle over time but not too bad.

I play a tad bit better in handheld. but that doesn't just go for Smash. I play a tad bit better in all games in handheld because I went a good while without the pro controller and really used to handheld now, or joycon grip (haven't used that in ages tho)

I've only played in handheld. And while it does get tiring on the thumbs, thats expected. But I haven't had much issues on handheld, Still plays nice on the system. I've enjoyed it.

Having issues connecting my OG GC controller and Wavebird to the adapter. The Switch is not recognizing the controllers. Anyone know how I can resolve this?

It’s not bad for shorter sessions. If you have a grip for handheld mode it’d probably be even better. If I’m playing on the couch while someone else is on the tv, i use a pillow for extra support and it’s fine. It’s moreso the lack of grip on the handheld that can make it uncomfortable after a while.

At home I play docked but I play handheld mode outside at work. It works fine. Obviously it's not the most comfortable way but it works. They sell these hand grips for the Switch that seems to be very good for handheld mode though.

Cot damn your man Chrom :damn:
Best character in the game?

I think he's up there on that tier vid I posted earlier.

I'm surprised at how many trash players there are online.
I can't be THAT good.

I want them to add that feature on the app where they said you share clips stuff. I wanna see y'all gameplay. I got some clips saved in the vault but I think each time they update the vids before the update become useless.
