It's okay. I mean it's nothing spectacular. It's just another superman movie. Like it looks dope but man of steel also looked dope. And I love man of steel. So I'm pushing for it cuz I wanna see dc prosper. But it's not anything different from what we've been seeing. Superman fights bad guys, lex Luthor is the villain yada yada yada

This is a rather reductive analysis. There’s no comparison between this and Man Of Steel, based on what these trailers are showing us. Still think Man Of Steel is dope by the way. Faora was the MVP.
I liked the movie, its clear who Superman is, a guy who doesn't care for politics but rather peace at any costs; stopping wars and saving lives.
Lois even asks him, "Did you Consult the President."

But I can also see the immaturity in him, but not like a child, rather a young guy trying a unite a planet.

Also, the other heroes are in it to show that Superman is not the only superhero in this universe and to not need origin stories for every hero.
The chances that this makes a billion in my opinion are slim. The batman didn't make a billion and Batman is a much more popular character than Superman.Latest trailer had me

It was also announced early in that The Batman would be on streaming pretty shortly after release, it was on Max 45 days after coming out when there were still concerns about COVID and movie theaters

Yeah but it was a gritty movie and not supposed to make a billion. This is the flagship movie of Gunn's dc universe so it has to crush it at the box office.
I mean part of the reason why Gunn even has this job is because Snyder's Batman Vs Superman movie ONLY mad 870 million and WB execs said nah that a billie that's a flop.
