Wanna take the family to see this…

Is it appropriate for a 8/9 year old?
They should be fine. there's maybe one or two scenes throughout the whole movie I might hesitate on bringing a 8/9 yo but it's nowhere near the level of Cavill snapping Zod's neck type violence. maybe one or two cuss words. It has that classic 80s nostalgic charm that all us old nikkas was watching with our parents back when we were 5 years old. Plus your kids will probably love the dog

do yourselves a favor and watch it in 4DX. I'm not big on 4DX cause the one or two times I watched a movie in that format it felt real gimmicky. But this? It turned what was already an enjoyable movie into an amazing experience. It felt like a literal roller coaster at times, but not in a distracting way. I'm sure your son will love it. The movements and effects matched the action sequences to a T imo

Marvel should pay attention. This movie was fire

What did you watch in 4DX that felt gimmicky?

:heh: :heh: :heh:Why only these particular three reviews? Many many more to counter these even people initially pessimistic like Grace Randolph fukk with it and is excited for the future of DC.

Because people have narratives to push, any way I thought coli was full of independent thinkers that see reviews as archaic and don't matter :skip:

I think it was Spiderman. the one where they were out in Europe with Mysterio. the movements just became too distracting from the movie.

The way they did it with Superman made watching the movie so much more fun. it's pricey but it was worth it imo.

I saw Twisters and F1 in 4dx. Not sure i will see another one in 4dx anytime soon, F1 was pretty bumpy. And yes its distracting. I think the technology has potential but my main gripes were the seats are uncomfortable and some of the movement is unnecessary and distracting from the film.

Im hearing Mr. Terrific stole the show

One thing i'll say about Gunn, i felt his "The Suicide Squad" movie that bombed a few years back (not the Will Smith one but the Idris Elba / John Cena one) was pound for pound the best "comic book" movie i'd ever seen, aside from Infinity War, His depiction of Idris Elba's character was great, so bare minimum i knew Mr Terrific would be solid in this.

Also why i want this Superman film to do well and expand the universe, bc Gunn doesn't strike me like Fegie and them disney kkk'ers who front that they want black inclusion but then all the black male actors get punked or emasculated in damn near all the mcu movies.
