Man.....as one of the biggest Batman fans there is.....Batman cannot beat Superman. Those out of continuity stories don't count. As for the ones that do/did......all Batman did was survive long enough until Superman snapped out of it or someone saved him. Surviving by the way is a big deal......but not as good as actually winning. And the one time Superman didn't hold back (after Maxwell Lord took control of him fully by getting into his head and breaking down Supes mind for years) Batman was close to death until Wonder Woman showed up......And Superman almost killed her.
