I still don't think the NBA is going to get a TV deal like that.

Turner Sports has money. As does Disney. But Disney has put in A LOT of money on other sports leagues including getting the NHL back.

Turner right now is paying $1.2 billion per year for the NBA which includes operating NBA TV, NBA.com, the All Star Game, and one of the Conference Finals. Disney is paying $1.4 billion per year for exclusive highlights, the NBA Finals, and the NBA Draft.

Even if they both double their current outlays... where is the NBA gonna get another $3 billion per year from?

I mean other sports like people get paid but even average dudes in the nba making like 20 mill a year and ish currently

Crazy part about this it would mean the NBA minimum salary will be at least 5 million dollars (and that’s the minimum).

100 million for average players
200 million for nice players
300 million for max players.
