OK I got the protein powder down, but I keep hearing about fish oil & multivitamins.

Any suggestions for the last two?

And are there anything else to include in the diet?

best bet is go generic on multi/fish oil

zinc is the next most important after that

outside of that, the rest is extra, most importantly try to eat greens when you can with meals, cruciferous vegetables give you hella vitamins
