Vince is probably gonna have Reigns pin Bryan to win the title:jbhmm:
Vince gonna have Reigns knock Bryan out of the match in under a minute
Jade1.png

Or give Reigns a submission and make Bryan tap out
Jade1.png

Vince gonna book the match to where Brock and Reigns try to show off their power and give Bryan a bunch of suplexes for like 5minutes kinda likethat Eddie/Benoit chops to Daniel Pruder at the Royal Rumble
@1:10 for the laughs :russ:

Brock and Reigns gonna go back and forth giving Bryan german suplexes just so Vince can troll.

:lupe:

Let's not say that because Austin did a back to back title victory storyline on the same premise in 98 and 99.

But it was the company's choice, not the fans forcing their hand which is what it feels like now when it shouldn't be like that. That's what I mean by 'again'. They fukked up and this is how they fix it 'again'. It's not about D.Bry's story. It's how they're going about it.

I hope this is not true, these wrestling fans have such short memories, HBK, Taker anyone? These two men had many great WM matches that didn't involve the title.

I'd prefer a Bryan - Zigger singles match over this triple threat nonsense :yeshrug:

this overblown crybaby daniel bryan mark sh!t is prolly the most annoying thing since the "what" chant was ruining every promo...they should've saw this coming and just not let him come back from injury till after Mania, if they didn't want to have to scrap every plan to force him into the main event

It was the company's choice because the Nwo got hot and it forced them to abandon the Michaels and Bret love affair they had for 6 years before that. Until Austin merchandise blowed everything away in 97 and they smartened up and went full blast with him. Bryan should of been mega pushed after WM 28 in truth as a face. He was getting cheered over faces anyway..Punk included. So this is all the aftereffect of trying to be cute with him and putting him in "Team HELL NO" to delay his progress and all of that shyt.

I look at this way:
  • Bryan v. Zigger - A Piff match/Pot. MOTY
  • Rollins v. Orton - A Piff match/Pot. MOTY
  • Taker v. Wyatt - It be meh, but you get to hear the GONG again.
  • AJ Lee v. Stephanie - For the CM Stans
  • Golddust v. Cody - Fans would love
  • Miz v. Sandow - Fans would love
  • NXT Ladder Match - Fans would love/Pot. MOTY
  • Dean Ambrose v. Barrett - Ok IC Bout
  • Cena v. Rusev - Could be fun.
  • Macho Man getting HOF Certs
And to put Reigns, a newbie against Brock Lesnar, after all this piff

Yeah, no win for Reigns no matter what.

The real decision to be made is have john cena turn MONSTER heel at mania, AA Daniel Bryan through a table and rip up a planted kids sign. Corporate cena pretends to be a good guy but watch him tote the company line.

Low key cena and Bryan had awesome chemistry at that summerslam. Heel cena is storylines for at least 3 years MINIMUM

It really does. D.Bry can survive another 5 months without getting the belt. There's money in him chasing it and him as a champion as long as they can build a storyline where he's always skirting the title scene but not in it (aka what they should've done with Roman pre-Rumble).

But they've already elevated Roman Reigns to that WWEWHC spot where him not getting that title will hurt him WAY more than it would hurt D.Bry because we're already used to D.Bry getting the shyt end of the stick.

They can give D.Bry a Summerslam moment with a great build. It doesn't have have to be at Wrestlemania. Last year was great because it was so organic. This year it's just like :rwot: AGAIN?!
And I know it's said time and time again but this is really almost starting to feel like a power struggle between fans and the WWE that shouldn't be happening in the first place. Should the WWE give the fans everything they want? NO. I feel like there should be an element where the fans are like " :ohhh: They went with that and it worked? Didn't expect it. Hmm maybe I don't know what's best for business." At the same time, they shouldn't disregard everything that fans want that causes such a backlash that they have to backtrack on their plans. It's that whole 'having your pulse on the fans' thing WWE superstars always talk about.

They seem to not be able to find a happy medium between the two.

I think alot of people flat out don't trust WWE to even book Bryan like that...I sure don't.

Jim Ross back on the bandwagon...
Can't help but think that as much buzz that is surrounding WWE's Daniel Bryan that there is no way that WWE won't use DB in he WWE Title picture at WM31. I'm not sure how WWE are going to get there, which actually makes watching their weekly TV more compelling, or the end game but Bryan is too hot to not put him in the title picture to make the outcome more unpredictable. I am not a big proponent of a multiple person, main event at WM31 for the WWE Championship but having a three or four man match may have to be the way to go considering the lay of the creative landscape currently in WWE. This is all TBD, I assume. IMO and from talking to my wrestling fan friends, Daniel Bryan is the most compelling talent on the WWE roster right now along with Brock Lesnar.

This scenario certainly doesn't eliminate Roman Reigns from title consideration and I still think that Heyman and Reigns makes for an interesting combination that has multiple win-win components. I also l like the combination of Heyman and Rollins.

Lesnar's long term career in WWE is still in question at this time and will remain so until he decides where he wants to hang out his shingle after WM31. There is still ample MMA talk regarding Brock as UFC would obviously love to have him back and Brock Lesnar in Bellator would be a huge coup for that organization so Lesnar has multiple options and all, one would assume, for significant cash.

Because some have asked, yes, Bryan and Lesnar could have a great match in any environment and those that think that DB's size is an issue have likely ever had their butt kicked by someone smaller than them. Bryan is the best in ring performer WWE has and that statement alone tells me he can ave a strong match with virtually anyone on the roster.

And the right choice...

Stone Cold was still the fan favorite in 99.

Though alot seem to be forgetting that alot of the fan outrage is simply because Reigns was always the hand picked guy. If Seth Rollins wins the Rumble the backlash wouldn't be like this.
