Black people get racial profiled, which isn't legal, so when it happens, they can sue and get compensation. Which in turn is also a deterrent against some people engaging in racial profiling.

This new supreme court decision clears the way for racial profiling to be outright legal. Which means 1. more people doing it 2. Black people not being able to sue for them doing it.

You are literally arguing that there is no difference between something being legal or illegal. Which is dumb as fukk.

I get that in your mind you might think "well it already happens so there's no difference" but that isn't a logical position at all. There is no logical way to conclude that the amount of racial profiling that happens right now is perfectly equivalent to the amount that would happen if it was literally legal and Black people couldnt sue when it happened.
