I respect Dr. Frances Cress Welsing as a doctor and as Black figure, but a lot of the notions in that book are absolutely preposterous.
Remember the lawyer in that movie The Cookout, who was talking about how golf is "the White man trying to stick his balls in the Black mother Earth?"
That's what this book is.
300+ pages of that.

The Nurse is actually supposed to watch you piss. I would actually observe you passing urine if I were your nurse. This drug testing is pointless.

A lot of jobs will still restrict it's usage. There are jobs where you can't smoke anything. And hair tests are good for more than just marijuana and they can go back three months or longer.

They go back 3 years. Did it for my job.
