I've smoked weed damn near everyday of my life since I was 17. I'm 26. I used to do a gram of cocaine every three days. I got drug tested for jobs. I passed all of them. I think my lifestyle helped. I was skinny as fukk. I exercised everyday. Mainly running because I played and coached soccer. I was also a life guard. I did yoga in the AM and ate no meat other than sushi a few times a year.

I would run on the tread mill for hours and drink water. I could smell the weed in my sweat. It was interesting. I'd turn up the heat in my house. Wear a sana suit and run a half marathon on my treadmill. I'd stop to drink water.

If you're not sprinting you should be jogging. Don't eat solid food. You might puke but that's weakness leaving your body. The worst that will happen is you'll pass out and wake up in a puddle of vomit. Which isn't that bad because you'll be well rested. Trust me. I've passed out plenty of times.

Its the water intake. nikkaz could smoke everyday but if they drink like a gallon of water it cleanses their system and it just moves on. Its so simple that people don't want to believe it so they go spend money on shyt instead of using what's right in their house.

When I was a teenager I got in some trouble and part of my probation was to go to some bullshyt out patient rehab because I admitted to smoking weed. I would smoke all week and they day of the meeting I would drink almost two gallons of water. Would go in there and piss and it would look just like water. Next week when they'd be telling the ones who failed that they did and would be reported I'd be sitting over in the corner like

Went to that bytch for two months (was supposed to do three) and they let me leave early because I hadn't came up dirty not once. Every single time I went I would have weed in my pocket so I could spark up as soon as I got away from there.
