fukk everything else wrong with these rankings

John Kelly with a priest Holmes comparision :deadmanny:

And a 1st round grade :deadrose:

You fukking retard :dead:

At this time last year, I also said Alvin Kamara was the #1 RB in the 2017 draft as well as the next Marshall Faulk (in terms of a pro comparison). How did that one turn out?

I know talent when I see it. John Kelly is an elite talent at the RB position. He's the next Priest Holmes. I'm calling it right now just like I called Alvin Kamara being the next Marshall Faulk last year.

josh allen is 'a mobile dan marino' :dead: :dead: :dead:

That's not a very good example if you're trying to prove he lacks accuracy. He was under pressure that play and obviously threw it off his back foot without as much velocity as we know he has.

I've watched several of his games in their entirety and I did not see any issues with accuracy. He had a bad offensive line that put him under pressure constantly. He also played in an offense where they were throwing the ball down the field constantly with very little in the way of screen and other easy throws meant to pad the completion percentage.

Josh Allen is arguably the most physically talented QB to enter the NFL in the last 30 years. Bet against him at your own peril. The guy looks like a surefire SUPERSTAR.

Stopped reading at "Josh Allen"

At this time a few months ago when I had not watched any of his tape, I would have agreed with you. I thought he was just another tall overrated cac with just a big arm.

Then I started watching him and became blown away. The guy is an incredible talent and it boogles my mind how people have latched onto the lazy narrative that he's just some big arm QB with no accuracy. The guy is actually a very accurate passer. He's the second best athlete in this class after Lamar Jackson. And his arm is as legendary as its been made out to be.

Josh Allen not only has the highest ceiling in this QB class but he also has the highest floor. I'll be shocked if he isn't a huge success in the NFL.

Not really. I form my own opinions about players first and foremost. Then if I hear someone say something I agree with, I will acknowledge it. For example, I like listening to Chris Simms (former NFL QB) talk about the NFL on his podcast (Simms and Leftkoe). Early on in the process he also had Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson as the top 2 QBs in his rankings. I liked that he felt the same about them that I did and I do use some of his defenses as well (i.e. the fact Josh Allen's offense was not conducive to a high completion %). However, he also had Mayfield at #3 and I didn't agree with that. So I don't just agree with him on everything. I just find him to be better than most in the media.

Of the mainstream guys like Todd McShay, Mel Kiper, and Mike Mayock, I typically have no use for their bland opinions. I only use them as a resource to know who everyone thinks the top prospects are. Then I watch tape on them. If I agree then I rank those guys high (i.e. Saquon Barkley). However, if I don't agree (as is the case with most of my #1 players at the different position groups) then I don't listen to them.

You also said Quentin dormady was gonna catapult to the top of the qb rankings

You also said Josh "worst NFL qb in the preseason and loser to Landry Jones in a qb battle " Dobbs was The Greatest Prospect in the History of pro sports.

You also said Cam Sutton was the next Revis.

Chubb horrible rating. Breh a Top5 guy.

He's a great player. I just don't think he's athletically as elite as some of the other guys I have rated higher. Most of the very best players in the NFL are just FREAKY ATHLETES. They have crazy size for their position and they're also incredibly athletic. Now I'm not saying Bradley Chubb isn't a great athlete or that he doesn't have prototypical size for a elite 4-3 DE. At 6'4" 269 lbs with a 35 inch vertical and a 4.65 40, he's pretty much the prototype. However, he's just not as freaky as say Myles Garrett or JJ Watt. The best of the best are just a step above Chubb when it comes to athleticism.

(1) Butch Jones is arguably the worst coach in professional sports history. I expect Quentin Dormady to be a NFL Draft prospect next year now that he's transferred to Houston. He's got talent.

(2) With regard to Dobbs, he's still on track to be the greatest QB in NFL history. I noticed you had nothing to say about Dobbs 4th preseason game when he led a game winning drive in the closing seconds. Its not about how you start, its about how you finish. He's going into year 2 now. This is when the giant leap will be made. In about 10 months you'll be apologizing to me for slandering the good name of Josh Dobbs after he wins Super Bowl MVP for the Steelers.

(3) I was wrong about Cam Sutton. He's not the next Darrelle Revis. He doesn't have that skill set. What he is, is the next Eric Allen (90s All-Pro CB for the Eagles). Cam Sutton is not the most physically talented corner in the NFL but he is cerebral and has very good instincts. He'll be a perennial Pro-Bowler very soon. Just wait and see.
