Here in Atlanta. I tip at least 10% every time. Good service gets 15%. It sucks but it is what it is. I’ve worked in the industry for two months as a summer job. The waitresses didn’t tip out to the dish washers though.

No, see it as something small at first like $5. To get the motor running and then reward them properly if you see they earned it or keep it at 5$ if they perform bad. Eitherway your getting the most of the experience if you pay even a small amount upfront and know how to look people in the eyes.
