I tipped $20 one time. I had just made $20,000 and I was out, crown on, feeling good, feeling fine. And then boom! Tipped $20.00 and bought my waiter a drink.

He touched my penis afterwards, and I wasn't comfortable with his manly grip ony genitals.

I swore to never tip again.

Yall tip revolutionaries kill me :mjlol:

A large part of the economy is built on tipping culture. You’re not changing anything by being a dikk head to servers. It just makes you look like a cheap a$$hole
Those folks usually the worst customers too. Entitled af. Most of them done ate a loogie before and didn’t even know it

People who choose to spend money at places where the employees are working for tips then complain about tipping is hilarious to me

Or you can order take out or cook at home?

Tips are how servers make their money. It’s not that deep.

No one is forcing you to dine in at a restaurant. Imagine if your job didn’t compensate you accordingly..

So don’t do it. If all you did was turn around, grab my bag of food, then turn back around and hand it to me, I’m not tipping.

If you weren’t polite or friendly, guess what? I’m not tipping.

If you just expect a tip and have a shytty attitude like I owe you for being able to stand upright, breathe out of your mouth and not pick boogers while I’m watching…

:umad:

I’m still not tipping.

Good service at a restaurant where you take my order, fetch my drinks and don’t fukk up…

I’ll tip.

Like, none of this service is exemplary.
Nothing in me in this high over priced ass economy had me thinking please take more of my money.
Nah it’s always that weird coerced under pressure feeling that I have that pushes me to tip this standard across the board service.
Service be the very bare essential and the tip starts at 20, how did we get here?

And there are dummies out there defending tip culture. These are people that have no self worth. How are you going to be finessed out of your money with a smile on your face, all while sitting with ice for the last 10 minutes.

Tip culture can go to hell man.

I live in Japan half the year. No tipping required unless I’m on base.

Shout out to companies who pay livable wages.
:salute:
Here in Atlanta. I tip at least 10% every time. Good service gets 15%. It sucks but it is what it is. I’ve worked in the industry for two months as a summer job. The waitresses didn’t tip out to the dish washers though.

I don’t agree with the tipping business model. But understand that these people are working far more hard than I ever will for a fraction of the money. Almost Nobody working in these restaurants can afford their own apartment in the same area they work in. I tip 20% by default unless service is bad.
