Her body is legit, but something is off with her face that's not attractive to me. I love crazy, but she is annoying and crazy, not sure if I could make it past that part more than twice. Definitly do it once, then be mad that I had to entertain her annoying self, tell myself that I will never hit it again, then a week later convince myself that it wasn't that bad, only to regret it again after. :snoop:

She is def smaller than me, but the stomach is on flat flat and I can confirm that you can def grow your glutes in the gym.

I won’t lie; if I would stick to my meal plan I’d probably reach my true goal in 4-5 weeks. One of the trainers gave me a strict meal plan and said to just stop when I’m happy, but sticking to a meal plan in Oct/Nov ain’t the same as sticking to a meal plan in July :pachaha:
I added an additional cardio session per week and it’s making me feel GREAT. I speed-walk everywhere and I don’t realize it :russ:
In a perfect world I’d work out 6 days a week but 4-5 seems to be it. I gotta make some changes to my work schedule/situation and see if I can get to 6 days a week.

Looks aside, just the health, strength and flexibility aspects are insanely important. Like, I feel GOOD. Break out into a random jog/run good. Good knees too (not like that :ufdup:). 🤣

Exercise is medicine.

Yea, my family will literally call you fat. Half of it it is just so they won’t shame me 🤣

But it prepares you for society’s scrutiny. I’m actually a bit insecure because they damn near gave me a complex.

My military aunt was trying to compare herself to me and I was like “TF?! You had to be in peak physical condition for like 30+yrs straight. You’re going to be fit until you’re in your 70s:wtf:” lmao

I have aunts (and uncles) who are literally in their 80s who are still traveling by themselves. It’s unreal. So to them if you’re in your 20s-40s you’re a baby and there’s no reason you shouldn’t be fit.
