But it IS GPS data that links the burner and personal phones to have been at the same place at the same time! Do you think they were just chilling next to the "real murderers" and had no idea? I'm pretty sure it said somewhere that they have proof that he purchased the burner phones as well, I can't recall where I read that though.

The fact that these are federal charges is due to the fact that they both crossed state lines to commit this murder/conspiracy.
You said same towers not same gps coordinates.

I say nothing in the article that daid they had proof of hard evidence connecting the qccused to the burner phones

I dont care that the charges are federal means nothing to me.

We will learn more leading up to the trial wherr hopefully he has q good defense to comb through the evidence qnd make the goct prove its contentions to the standard.

On Thursday, a grand jury indicted Norman and insurance agent, 42-year-old Waiel Yaghnam each with one county of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud. Yaghnam is a former record producer for St. Louis native rapper, "Nelly."

Norman, owner of the Jackson, Missouri, location of Sweetie Pie's, and his insurance agent, Waiel Rebhi "Wally" Yaghnam, 42, of St. Louis, each face one count of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud, according to court documents.

The indictment alleges Norman conspired with Yaghnam to fraudulently obtain insurance policies for his nephew, Andre Montgomery Jr., prior to his murder. According to the DOJ, Norman and Yaghnam made numerous false statements regarding Montgomery’s income, net worth, medical history, employment and family background on three separate applications before ultimately being issued a policy totaling $450,000. Norman was named the sole beneficiary.
