baby, that was the old me
Chris Paul has 2 big men and surrounded by shooters in LA yet westbrook still average more assist than him?

Except westbrook had .4 more and averaged twice as much turnovers:bryan:

Chris Paul average more steals for HIS CAREER than turnovers :bryan:

Westbrook average nearly 3 times more turnovers than steals for his:huhldup:

Melo and Sabo would be the goat nyc duo and you know it :whew:

The only reason KD and Russ have worked this long is that KD pretty much has NO EGO, always willing to defer to Russ (sometimes too much like last night :aicmon:) but Melo nikka? He couldnt handle JEREMY FUKKIN LIN gettin shine when he wasnt even on the court. Russ would look that nikka in the eyes from the top of the key and wave him off like :childplease:, drive, miss a dunk over three nikkas and dare Melo to say sumn after the game :youngsabo:

I would pay to see that shyt live tho :banderas:

only 3 years ago was a long ass time in the NBA breh

3 years ago LeBron was still vastly considered the greatest in the league, Steph was still a bytch but he couldn't play more than 14 games in a season, so nobody saw that he was a cocky bytch, OKC was still the young bloods in the West, the Pacers weren't imploding, the Knicks actually had the ability to make the playoffs and the Blazers were still trying to figure out how to waste one of the most talented young starting 5s in the NBA

Yea but people here act like merlo is some bum when he's still one of the best scorers in the league

Jeremy Lin is a bum though. Can't compare to Westbrook. :youngsabo:

In Dallas, From Cleveland
Chris Paul the most overrated player in the league imo.... Never seen him ballin in a meaningful game. He has had a loaded team for 3+ years and still can't even sniff the Conference Finals

That's true. Dude is definitely no where close to KD level anymore tho

At least he does have the right mentality to win games tho. You need to be selectively selfish, which KD isn't enough of.

So what does Durant do with dribble-dribble-dribble? Play spot-up shooter? lob-catcher? While I will agree that Durant and Westbrook clash a little too much, part of what makes them go is that Westbrook is a live wire. No matter what, his tireless energy carries the team when they look deflated. Reserved Chris Paul & reserved Durant may not get them out of the 2nd round. But they do need a vet on the team, one that can contribute and mediate between the 2.
