Im not a fan of Kanye but we cant act like their isnt a portion of America that want to believe he is some artistic God.

From a PR standpoint it would have been Gold for Trump. He would have shut up hipsters and black people who dont like him. It pretty much doesnt hurt anything and he can still get credit that he did somehing tangible to benefit blacks and millenials and if the ball is dropped the blame would fall on Kanye.
