Theres a huge difference between internet hype beasts and the average consumer. 50 Cent is still selling records off the strength of his rep.

Theres no reason TI shouldnt be able to do the same.

TI isnt completely irrelevant. A friend of mine the other week was hollering at me like "Yo whats that new TI song I just heard these white boys bumping it out they car, and that shyt goes."

A sorority on my campus also uses "Ball" as one of their "stroll" songs.

Granted I dont like any of his new records but to say he's "disappeared", and "fallen off like Ja rule", I do not agree.

Don't matter what he's releasing. Are people checking for it is the question. fukk, Omillio Sparks still raps, does he have an audience. I haven't heard anybody talk about TI up here in years. It's just crazy to see him disappear

ti is in the cam'ron lane right now. he's not young and doesnt have drama going on his life so outside of strictly his music there isnt much to talk about. but when ti/jadakiss/ludacris/cassidy/juelz/(insert other 2000s rappers) drop some music theres some chatter about them and then its deaded till they drops more. theres a few 2000s rappers that are still buzzin heavy tho (game, 50, kanye, jeezy, gucci) but the majority of em are in the same position as ti.

and then you never know what could bring someone back to relevance. who woulda thought pusha t would be semi relevant right now? but i think when his album drops he'll have a few weeks of internet relevance and then it'll go back to normal. i dont think his career is done tho.

He was always overrated. Another n1kka who benefited from the era of the average n1kka. Yes I liked some of his sh1t but he should have never been seen as one of the elite. He was okay. The song wit him and Daz is still my sh1t tho.
