maybe on the message boards and forums he faded away...but im still checkin for that New T.I. album........now as far as who talkin bout TI in the streets, i cant tell ya cause i aint in high school no more and i dont sit around and have convo's about who the hottest rapper is no more....so i dont hear anybody get talked about jeezy,jay,kanye...none of them .i just listen to who i wanna listen to regardless who else talkin bout em.....i think TIP new album gon have people back on the bandwagon tho

He lost the streets a loooong time ago and hasn't had a mainstream hit in years. The nikka is pretty much the A's version of 50 Cent right now. He's rich,in movies,on tv and is caked up business wise but people could give a fukk about his music

Posters on message boards have been sticking forks or waiting to stick a fork in T.I.'s career or wrote him off for years. Just because:

1) they lost interest in his music (which doesn't equate to him falling off)
2) they feel he snitched
3) they never liked him to begin with
4) still disgruntled over the Lil' Flip beef or the much smaller beef w/ Shawty Lo
5) still feel T.I. is overrated and feel some kind of way about him running around calling himself the King of the South

I don't know if that's a 100% accurate, but a lot of the flack T.I. gets on message boards is because of one or several of those reasons.

All his official singles chart on the HOT100 he's just looking for the one that sticks and that everything is laid out perfectly. Don't forget that he's only been out of jail for 1 year and he's got a ton of other things going on besides music

I mean these are the exact same things people were saying about Jeezy until they saw them first week numbers .


A lot of people lost faith yes (not just in his music but him as a person, back peddling between being reality show sweetheart, trapstar, righteous etc) he's not doing 600k first week anymore, but he's good. Big fanbase, drops bomb songs, the singles are not that great though..

T.I. had it all, man. He was on top of the game, forreal.

And then the gun charge happened.

And then he got out & things could've picked back up again.....but then his dumb ass got in trouble AGAIN.

People don't care about him nearly as much anymore, and the songs he's put out don't sound right either.

So now he's doing VH1 reality TV shows.

He isn't buzzin like he once was.... Dude kind of has an identity crisis right now cause He got the family show going and it seems like he got his life right... but on the other hand thats totally opposed to the music we are used to hearing from him...

Either way, he will be fine...

I still think his album will end up selling more than Ross's album did..
