I don’t think Busta should go against Missy. I think he will be too busy kissing her ass and not really trying to bust her ass like he would a man. I wanna see Busta try to absolutely destroy his competition on stage not bowing down as soon as she plays some soft ass hit records.
And this is the double sided, hypocritical side of The Booth: "Busta will be bowing down as soon as Missy plays a soft record". How do you post that knowing Busta has HUGE songs with Mariah Carey and Janet Jackson. He has songs with Zhane, Jaheim and Erykah Badu as well. Busta got records singing. And then to top it off people wanted him to go against LL. You don't think Busta wouldn't be bowing to LL or would he pull out one of his soft records in response?
LL is a man and Missy a woman. The energy won't be the same. That's what @Flav is saying.

It ain’t even got anything to do with him having some singers featured on his songs. Missy has performed, written and produced whole R&B songs. It’s a totally different vibeAnd this is the double sided, hypocritical side of The Booth: "Busta will be bowing down as soon as Missy plays a soft record". Nobody really cared about those remixes with Busta tho. But all this proves my point that going up against Busta would severely limit her. You sitting here naming shyt she couldn’t playAnd I doubt she would be playing those songs in a Verzuz against Busta. Besides, Missy couldn't use a lot of those joints anyway because Busta has verses on the remixes to those songs, which were also popular. She plays Monica's "So Gone" and there's a remix with Busta. She plays Keyshia's "Let It Go" and there's a remix with Busta.

No his range isn’t as diverse as Missy’sAnd I'm convinced that people's knowledge of Busta's music is limited. His range is as diverse as Missy's, which makes that whole him blowing up off "street music" is laughable. Ya'll do realize that one of p*ssycat Doll's biggest hits features Busta. Busta is featured on a Luther Vandross song and it's not a posthumous song. One of Chris Brown's biggest songs features Busta Rhymes.
Busta is as much an artist as Missy. The only difference is he doesn't have a huge catalog of songs he wrote or produced for other artists, but he could easily match those songs with a feature or one of his own songs. Busta has songs in his catalog that someone who that doesn't have the range would have difficulty matching.

People did care about those remixes. Honestly Busta going up against most rappers would limit his range. Busta's catalog isn't that of a typical rapper. It's rappers greater than Busta that can say they have classic songs with Janet Jackson and Mariah Carey.

Missy can sing and has whole songs to prove it. Plus she gotta heavy songwriting bag. Who was Busta writing for ?

Nah breh. My ex wife was a huge Monica and Keyshia Cole fan and I never even heard them remixes
Why would she limit herself tho? Her songwriting and production are some of the main pieces of her legacy. Why would she ignore that becuz of Busta? shyt just proves my point that it’s a bad matchupDid you not read my whole post? And again, I doubt Missy would dig into a songwriting and production bag against Busta.
Just because you never heard them means NOTHING.
