DEI and the like were officially DOA on Nov 5th. Seeing it happen with my organization, this type of shyt can be made REALLY painful for companies. Of course I would prefer they stand ten-toes down but between fukking up federal funds, mergers, regulatory harassment, etc, this battle is lost.

I'm still waiting to see what happens to the local Reparations program because black folks need to see what time it is and get active in the community and politically. There isn't going to be anything perceived as handouts with these whites in office. Hell, Trump fukked up CFPB funds and thats for people who were being ripped off!
