This gotta be ducktales. No legit spot is selling 3 soft tacos for 12 dollars. Nyga in Cali you can get at the very LEAST two monster burritos near that price.
Google "Pacific Catch" in Dublin California and look at their menu. 3 tacos a la carte gon hit you for over $15

I haven't had shyt from Taco Bell in over a year but I might try this for dinner one day since it's only 510 calories


You’re better off getting a quesadilla; they’re like the same calories I think? 520? I think the regular Crunchwrap is the same as well.

Breh...you tell no lies about their quesadilla. That sauce they put in that shyt and the slightly burned tortilla is :ohlawd:
So if you got a quesadilla, would you be straight for the rest of your daily calories and protein?

That’s where I mess up at too because I can keep calories in check, but the protein is hard when you eat high calorie foods.

What I might start doing is just getting extra chicken or steak instead of getting a taco.

So if you got a quesadilla, would you be straight for the rest of your daily calories and protein?

That’s where I mess up at too because I can keep calories in check, but the protein is hard when you eat high calorie foods.

What I might start doing is just getting extra chicken or steak instead of getting a taco.

There's no such thing as too much protein. So for today my protein count is going to end up being 189 grams and 2000 calories. But I did an hour of cardio which burned over 700 calories.

So if I substituted a quesadilla for dinner instead of this air fried red snapper I'm going to have I'd be eating 230 more calories and would be getting 27 less grams of protein which is why I won't be eating the quesadilla for dinner lol.

I'm having a salad and a sweet potato with the fish. But naw I could eat the quesadilla and still reach my protein target and not go over my calorie budget for the day but right after I take the last bite I know I'd regret it. I'm having my cheat meal for the week Sunday night tho :ahh: the key to being fit is overcoming the tastebuds.
