Coming from someone thats from cali. This article is hiding something. They told her not to hire hispanics because more than likely she was discriminating and ONLY hiring her people. They do this THROUGHOUT california, and it's not fair. That's why a lot of black people forced to move because once hispanics gain the numbers, they only hire each other and only accept hispanic tenants....next thing you know, 5 years later you're entire community (which you gladly shared with them) becomes over ran and you can't find a place or job.

The vast majority of African Americans are in the lower class. For a population to reach a higher class, consistent jobs on the lower classes are necessary to provide social and financial capital. Employment teaches hard work, organization, customer service, teamwork, etc. The importance of African Americans having ready and available low income work has been stressed to the likes of you several times now. When Mexicans take African American's job, the economic tradeoff is higher unemployment, crime, imprisonment, etc rates -- or leaving the state entirely. Period. As someone that was born an raised in cali, this is 100% truth.

The only way I can see this story being possible is of she ONLY hired hispanics, which is a real thing that I see everyday.

The higher up most likely told her not to hire anymore and/or get some diversity, then came in and seen a new hispanic worker, but no new black, white, or any other ethnicity workers.

So that's how East Indians, Chinese & Koreans were able to rise up the socio-economic ladder in the U.S....by lobbying for minimum wage fast food job security.
