No one was checking that average album in 96. It wasn't until well in the 2000s after Jay crammed it down people's throats that it was a "classic". D'Evils has a great beat and jay was good on it. I like regrets and bring it on better but that's just my opinion. No one follows jay. Jay doesn't follow jay. He steals from hot artist or young Chris and keeps it moving.
