You dudes have ruined a R.I.P. thread with bullshyt. Nobody cares about y’all opinions on the culture. Shut the fukk up.
What’s the point of forums then?

Everyone is talking about this shyt everywhere. The same shyt we talking about on here.

Should we just drop R.I.P.’s and tracks we liked and dip?

shyt still don't feel real. It's so many layers to it man. Him and Quavo having their beef with Offset gotta be the saddest part about this whole thing. He left before they got to reconcile that shyt. Offset has gotta be fukking devastated. I can't even begin to imagine what Quavo is feeling. Went from being one of the biggest trio in hip hop to splitting with one and losing another, on the account of some shyt he allegedly started.

Then there's the fact that Migos is done....

Like there was a 90 % chance they would've gotten past the beef shyt but now we're never gonna hear another new Migos record again and that's the part that's so tough to accept. I'm thankful we got to see how they impacted the hip hop genre. I'm willing to say they're one of if not the most impactful group in hip hop.

RIP Take
100%
Hugely impactful group! :whew:
I’m just so sick of logging in to see my favorite artists are dead. Not just dead but murdered. Like what in the actual fukk!?

Humans are violent by nature. Take away the guns and they’ll just use something else to kill. Look at the UK, access to guns is harder out there but n!ggas is getting stabbed left and right

We have a severe gun problem in this country and tht problem manifest like no other when it comes to the Us murder rate vs other developed nations

You cats have to ignore that Matt504 poster. He been on this bullshyt. Whenever hip-hop folks do something positive or a group of black folk come together and do something positive without any negative actions, he's ghost. He's been doing that on this forum for years.
Only poster I’ve put on ignore in my 17 years of forum posting

An armed man, standing just feet away from Takeoff and Quavo moments before the fatal shots, is now a person of interest in the rapper's death ... TMZ has learned.

We obtained this video -- a new angle of what went down only seconds prior to the gunfire -- and you can see a man dressed in black, with a black satchel and a handgun in his right hip pocket.

You can very clearly see the weapon in the man's pocket -- he has his hand on it -- as Quavo was involved in the heated discussion that preceded the gunfire.

In fact, Quavo, in the bright orange shirt, walks behind the man 2 seconds before the first shot is fired.

Now, there's nothing in the video proving the man fired the first shot, but about 5 seconds later he is seen raising his weapon and seemingly firing it. It's unclear where Takeoff or Quavo were in relation to him at that moment.

Houston PD tells us they have seen this video, and have deemed the man a person of interest. They have not identified him yet.

As we reported, Takeoff was standing a few feet behind Quavo early Tuesday morning outside the Houston bowling alley when things got heated

After the gunfire -- at least 10 shots were fired -- Takeoff had been hit in the head, and was pronounced dead on the scene.

Two other people suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

Cinematic Music Group had a bunch of artists at the time. Smoke DZA, Nipsey, Joey, I think even KRIT was close. Having a label, especially a small one doesn't make you a plant. Joey put in a lot of work over the years and the music clearly spoke to people. How is this even remotely related to the topic?
Nipsey’s grind is well documented not comparable. I explained enough choose to believe what you want it’s insignificant anyway and it’s something from pages back in reference to record labels and the content consumers gravitate to. The example was Joey Badass vs. Kay Flock. Same can be done with Chance vs. King Von. If you followed the thread you would see what was being talked about at that point.

What's crazy about this is the man got shot in front of like 20 people. A bunch of eyewitnesses. Security cameras. Phone cameras. Yet the police has to beg on Youtube for leads and videos and you already know there won't be any statements. There are no arrests. It might be time to wake up from this mob bullshyt. Street code is a form of justice. If a dude kills an innocent person and gets away with it because he's with the family, then that's not justice. It's corruption.

Prince' Mob Ties tentacles probably extend well into the police dept. as well :yeshrug:
