Tales of Xillia

Boring as fukk. Would not recommend this game to nobody.

Why I think its boring? This guy named Jude. This guy is fukking BORING. You would think the other characters would help him improve but no he stays boring for the whole game. Never in my life did I want to choke someone than when playing this game.

What males it worse? He is the main character. I'd like to slap whoever made his lame ass.

Game gives you options for new game plus and all but I can't go through that torture again.

Terrible just terrible.

I'm late as fukk but I picked this up last weekend and I'm enjoying it so far. Playing through with Jude right now, I think I'm probably at least halfway through. Jude is a little whiny but he's not horrible. Alvin is that dude.

Will probably replay as Milla; she's pretty cool too. Game seems to be a bit on the easy side though, I don't even think I've died once.

Terrible just terrible.

Jude is ok. He does kinda suffer from the Vaan syndrome. (He's the main character but he's not very important to the plot and is kinda just there and Leia is his Penelo) All the other characters have some type or relevancy to the main plot but those two.

I loved Xillia though the rest of the cast minus those two was strong to me. plus it has this skit

and once you understand what Teepo actually is it becomes even funnier.

I used to be a huge Tales fan (played through Abyss multiple times). Graces F left a bad taste in my mouth.....wasn't really feeling that game at all. Xillia is short and doesn't have much post-game content (which is a tradition in Tales games). Xillia 2 looks interesting though.....

I really liked part 1, I played through both Milla and Jude's story modes. Granted, it's the only game in the Tales series I played

now that i've finally beat LoH: Trails in the Sky, I am finally going to put real time into this game. I bought it for 10 bucks in a PSN sale and only played for an hour. I put way more time into Tales of Symphonia HD that I got this year(great game)

The story is garbage and the characters are uninteresting. I'm not going to call Xillia a bad game however its definitely one of the weaker entries in the series which is saying a lot. The first few hours show a lot of potential and have some great ideas but the game just never picks up . I cant believe this shyt pushed a million.

Graces F(because of the battle system) and Vesperia are MUCH better games. Symphonia is still king.

I want to play the sequel but I never got a chance to.

Yeah i wasnt really feeling this game either and im a huge tales fan. I would rather have the jap version of vesperia the xillia sequel which looks boring. The characters in xillia were lame, im hoping we can get some better ones in the future

Xillia is probably one of my favorite Tales of games. Vesperia is better but outside of that nah. I'm kinda lukewarm on Symphonia. Mainly I'm indifferent about the leads Collette and Lloyd in fact that whole game doesn't even have a single character I can genuinely say I like. I was indifferent to the whole cast. Tales of the Abyss was was a tough game to like. Had the most unlikable cast I can remember in a game next to Tales of Legendia which to me was a total turd. Graces F was ok. The combat system was great the story is far far worse than Xillia by a mile and the lead character is really bad.

Xillia's story is acceptable. It does pick up when shyt hits the fan at the last 1/3 of the game. The cast is decent. No major stand out characters except maybe Rowen who is funny as hell.

Don't ever bother playing the sequel, the main character is annoying emo who lacks confidence and gets bossed around by the female lead. Either get the hd symphonia or save your money, worst than legendia
