Sandler is way worse
Like another poster said, he's the Master P of film and shows..very successful businesswise but a terrible example for aspiring film producers in regards to creativity and quality.
That doesn't sound good at all. His stuff is now like the television version of an Amazon assembly line but in filming.

I don't think anyone questions or hates on his work ethic. It is applauded.
The criticism he gets is from the quality of the product he produces. I think that's fair to criticism.
