Yes, it does make a difference. Yes, in America, violence is for (poor) AA dos. When it happens to us, nikkas start juelzing as to why it was their fault. When it's anybody else, ie college educated AA dos and foreign blacks, everybody is suddenly shocked, horrified, and appalled. Implication being, it's ok when it happens to poor AA dos, and everybody seems to agree, most importantly on this board, even other blacks.

If you're talking specifically about the United States, next year will mark 400 years of the first enslaved Africans arriving here in VA.

1619-1865 is roughly 246 years of legalized slavery. You can technically say that under the sharecropping system on jim crow era south that Black folks were virtually slaves, and extend that to maybe 1965, but actual legal enslavement and free labor system was about 250 years in America.
