I'm just glad that he was able to step up the production values a bit with Part 3. The quality is almost night and day when comparing it to the 1980's PBS vibe the 1st one had.

Which is what I've been trying to say, but folks don't want to listen. Heck on page one I pointed out in his doc that one of the people incorrectly placed Dhar Tichitt in modern day Ghana when it was in modern day Mauritania. People can read more about Dhar Tichitt here:

I'm probably the biggest Africanist on this site and I can point out many of the flaws in the doc. People NEED to understand that when it comes to HISTORY we need to be OBJECTIVE and not just listen and read what we WANT to to read and hear.

Personally I never cared if people thought it was flawed.

I also never cared if people thought dude was doing it for the wrong reasons

I just never understood why the critics never point to something else that they believes has more accurate information.
