Who says this doesn't happen? Obviously there's still a lot of bias in academia but the degree to which it exists is considerably less than decades past. I think people took what Edward Said wrote about in regards to Orientalism, cleared it of all nuance, and then just ran with it. So now it doesn't matter if you're making a documentary filled with not-facts because the entirety of history has been defined by Western white culture and that's what you're fighting against and blah blah blah. There's room to call out bullshyt without resorting to making up bullshyt of your own.

Because for whatever reason, despite your vast degrees, you've been incapable of pointing us to what you believe to be accurate information.
Post some links, recommend some books, refer us to a documentary to watch.
Don't just say "Man *insert name* is an idiot. They have no business speaking on this topic

People are gettin things mixed up. When we call out the flaws of HC docs we are doing it out of LOVE for Tariq because he is giving FALSE KNOWLEDGE to less informed people, especially black people who would get the wrong ideas.
Also I see people are bringing up why we don't get on white people for their inaccuracies. Actually me and others have, especially on Eurocentrics. I basically have a career with debating against Eurocentrics who spread false lies about African civilization on the internet. But thats not the case with Tariq because he doesn't mean to do it. We point out the flaws to better him and his docs.
IMO Tarig should have an Africanist like Robin Walker who is much more informed on this subject than most people he has on his doc. IMO THIS is a accurate INFORMATIVE doc, which has Robin Walker in it.
In the video they actually conclude Egypt has origins in Nubia. There are no psuedo-historic/science claims and the people are objective. That's what I want to see in Tarig's doc. NO ONE IS FREAKING HAITING ON TARIQ! So get that out of your system.
