The reason I say this is because "data" and "stats" have said black women are the largest growing HIV cases for over 20 years now. There's no such thing as "AIDS related illness"... AIDS/HIV just weakens your immune system and makes you more susceptible to diseases your body would normally fight off. With today's medicine you're hardly going to find anyone with AIDS just dying off like that.
