Is the root of your thought process coming from a place that at the end of the day you don't particularly care about the history of DoS in America, empathize with our current state of existence as a homeless tribe trying to find identity and shelter on this earth and ultimately do see us as an other or even lesser? In this current broken state of affairs we MUST support a group of people that already have a home to go to, sense of identity, etc?
