Naw there really isn't black racism... To me that's what I heard him saying, but I could be wrong.
For example, i hired 1 white chick.. I just couldn't not do it, she is too good, plus very 'presentable' nawwmean.... BUT
i avoid white advancement.. i wouldn't hire a white person for a good position... even when i had a white business partner, we had a deal that was pretty fukked up for him in the end... I am 100% fair as a person, but wasn't to him because (though he was very cool) he was white. The reason it's NOT racist is the reasoning behind it......
I know wealthy white guys that just don't want nikkas around. Especially males.. sometime they wouldn't mind a controllable black woman. That's not why I disrespect and disenfranchise and lead cac in circles all the time. I do it because I'm 1000% positive that there is a sis or brutha out there that could have used the opportunity.. I do it because of history and not a hate for CAC.... CAC do it out of prejudice, fear, hate, and being demonic by nature even if they're a good person at heart.

Well show me where black business owners don't want to hire white people. or how black judges give white criminals more time. Or a whole list of other things.
Do you mind if I ask what your ethnicity is? Also you have to understand everyone has a different experiences. What I've went thru in the military for 13 years may be different than the next person. But it's certain experiences that seem to be commonplace.

I'm black and I've encountered plenty of black racist in my life. The fact that they don't hold the power to turn their beliefs into something that damages other races doesn't mean they themselves don't exist.

white people are something else. they wanna smear you as a race, dehumanize you in the media, publish endless propaganda about us, imprison us due to the economic disparity they've purposely fostered -- only for these pale hypocritical bytches to call US racist for not thanking them for the ass fukking they've dished out.
It actually is racism but that doesn't make it necessary is the DIFFERENCE. It's necessary due to the need for group economics. In order for group economics to strive, racism has to occur. That is the premise of all groups who practice it.
Now directly you will ask me, how is that? In order to be racist, I have to think others aren't capable, talented, or smart enough and my answer is that is correct. You do have to have those principals. So how would someone who hired only Blacks racist? Because generally, you want the best for your company and if you eliminate ASAP for race, you use a racist principal. So is that wrong? Yes and no. It depends, it's wrong if you are humanist and what not. It's right if you believe what I believe. Group economics, community support, development of our youth into well educated of true education, not just Americas
and our success for generations to come. From that standpoint, you are doing a great job and it is right. So think about that.
The issue in this country once again is systematic racism. Once again, the issue in this country is systematic racism. The secondary issue is white aggression which we have seen with Atlanta, Rosewood, Tulsa/Black Wall St, Durham, N.C., pre-Jim Crow after slavery, etc. The 3rd issue in then building an economic base via group economics.
Now we have to attack these backwards and forward. Because all three of this play a direct hand into our lack of success in America.
