There is no such thing as black racism because racism is a unspoken system in which multiple people work together to marginalize others of a different race. Blacks dont even have the population numbers to do this, and certainly not enough in positions of true power such as Congress, board members of large corporations, police chiefs, etc.

It actually is racism but that doesn't make it necessary is the DIFFERENCE. It's necessary due to the need for group economics. In order for group economics to strive, racism has to occur. That is the premise of all groups who practice it.

Now directly you will ask me, how is that? In order to be racist, I have to think others aren't capable, talented, or smart enough and my answer is that is correct. You do have to have those principals. So how would someone who hired only Blacks racist? Because generally, you want the best for your company and if you eliminate ASAP for race, you use a racist principal. So is that wrong? Yes and no. It depends, it's wrong if you are humanist and what not. It's right if you believe what I believe. Group economics, community support, development of our youth into well educated of true education, not just Americas and our success for generations to come. From that standpoint, you are doing a great job and it is right.

So think about that.

The issue in this country once again is systematic racism. Once again, the issue in this country is systematic racism. The secondary issue is white aggression which we have seen with Atlanta, Rosewood, Tulsa/Black Wall St, Durham, N.C., pre-Jim Crow after slavery, etc. The 3rd issue in then building an economic base via group economics.

Now we have to attack these backwards and forward. Because all three of this play a direct hand into our lack of success in America.

I agree with all this except that ......... IT's not racism. I don't have shyt.. even if I became a 500millionaire... I wouldn't have shyt because my people are for the most part lost and dumb, ignorant, and poor..... just to be honest. We don't know that we are superior.

It means nothing that I know that we are who we are if "we" don't know. And because we dont know and 'we' don't own or control shyt -- We can't be racist due to the fact that you need a system for that.

So honestly my lil policy of leading cac down end roads and using other more important blacks to help out other blacks is useless. I see from me not hiring and suggesting to cac to not hire other cac for "legitimate" reasons - that that system is way too easy to conceal.
It would take at least 60% of blacks to know with all their heart -that even the cool CAC are #inherently for us to even begin to make change.

I don't agree with the nOI on hardly anything, but I can see why and respect them calling out the Devil as part of the plan that went along with owning businesses and property. And that shyt isn't racist because it's not out of hate of whites........... it's out of love for blacks. You can't love blacks without doing these actions.

Napoleon is still growing. Breh, I used to be a c00n in my college years. Talking to professors saying "We is are own worst enemy". I used to watch Larry Elder's daytime talk show. I got hit with that reality check and then I got some game from of a former military professional who studied abroad and put me unto some books and game and now look at me. Let the young man grow.

I never agreed with him on religion but I will say I've seen a change in his mindset.

All i'm saying is this suggesting the pigmentation of a person's skin renders their mind incapable of a specific line of thinking is ridiculous. being black is like any other group defining trait and human beings are capable of hating anything simply because it's different than them. there is no special exemption to that because one has dark skin.

Racism is a system breh. Racism isn't "I don't like white people, they small like dogs." Racism also isn't "I don't like black people they're all lazy." Racism is "I don't like black people they're all lazy, so I'm going to pass laws and enact policies to make sure they cannot compete economically." If you look at the Donald Sterling incident, he had prejudice against black people, and had the power to ensure the blacks could not have access to housing due to his power.

Racism is everywhere and it's institutionalized. We cannot really be racist, because racism is prejudice plus power. Nothing I say up here nor anywhere in the world will impact on any white folks in this audience on your job, in politics, in economics, in housing, in the society.
