The cartoon, was illustrated by Gary McCoy. After reaching out to Daryl Cagle of CagleCartoons.com he personally agrees that the cartoon is insensitive. He went on to point out their website offers a wide range of content.
Tariq doesn't give a fukk where that cartoon comes from as long as it helps him to push his agenda. The only color Tariq gives a fukk about is green.
