Yup, episode was terrible.

And the Joe Budden podcast has been terrible for like the last month. The SOB's shyt they did this week was awfully produced, and just bad overall.

I think these dudes are all feelin themselves a bit too much. Maybe they're bored with it?
Joe has been pretty menstrual this year. Show took a nosedive.

I thought it was alright. Sound quality was trash but I got what I needed out of it. Drops a little gems on the street life.

I personally think you nikkas got a problem with Tax. Tax represent that nikka that use to take y'all 60 cent juices and butter Crunch at lunch time.

I wish you nikkas would please stop saying this

I think some of you guys are severly lacking in perspective in regards to this interview. This guy is about to GO TO JAIL, and he wants to come home AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Tax goes out of his way not to ask incriminating questions, which I commend. But since he knew beforehand that they would have to dance around so much just to uphold Mendeecees new image, he should have had more questions prepared.

Mendeecees can't talk too much about any beef or negativity (e.g. Jim Jones), and he can't really talk about other people who have been implicated in some of his activities (e.g. Juelz etc.)
The only interesting thing Tax could really ask him about was the snitching. lol at anyone who expected this episode to be anywhere as close to as entertaining as they are regularly.

He shouldn't be doing interviews at all then, especially with one of the most ignorant nikkas In the podcast game

What is he doing interviews for anyways

I disagree I think they just had bad weeks. I enjoyed most of the podcasts from both

My only issues are, Tax needs to be better prepared with his questions

And Joe has to stop thinking his personal sexcapde stories are interesting. They're really not. And I hate the way he does that "real nikka" voice when he tells stories. Marissa stories are usually hilarious, because Joe and Rory's commentary on it is funny.
na, i agree...could be just a few bad weeks on Budden's podcast and i'll keep checking...but damn...4 in a row now (the lanez/tiller debate, joe not showing up, him going crazy last week trying to impress the kristin girl and now the SOBs debacle)?

Rory is cool, but he's been a bit much lately...and agreed on the Joe's story point. Hurry up and finish because you're not as good a storyteller as you claim to be. And the dude can be wildly immature and annoying sometimes, but that's his thing...so i get it.

You're only looking at it from an entertainment perspective. How about the people that really look up to & idolize the dope dealers, scammers, etc? Tax's demographic extends beyond the average podcast, so some of those people will hear the podcast & find it a bit sobering. Tax has street cred so he takes it upon himself to show people who follow him, this side of the game. Maybe you just hear the ignorant stuff, but I listen to all of Tax's podcasts and he regularly expresses resentment at being caught up in a lot of aspects of street culture.
The interview could have been better if Tax were more prepared, but it's bugged out that people tuned in expecting to hear exciting stories about how Mendeecees was getting money back in the day. You'll have to wait another 10 + years for those stories, if you get them at all.

I havent heard the podcast but again, if Mendecees is under the gun, Tax's audience is on some street shyt, WTF was the point of the interview

Even if Mendecees came on to say "i did that so u didnt have to", he cant even talk about what he may or may not have did

shyt is like the 9/11 report with all the info redacted. Pointless. And to add insult to injury, Tax is kind of a dummy. Only other podcast I've seen of his is the one he did with Joe Budden.

U can be from the streets and not be an unprofessional emotional idiot :francis:

Ok so you already came into this discussion on some uninformed & bitter emo shyt. You seriously just said "I haven't heard the podcast"... that's pathetic that you'd even feel comfortable voicing your opinion so strongly on this topic. In fact if someone were to call you an "emotional idiot", because of this, I'd understand.
I wouldn't have bothered responding to you if I knew all this, but maybe someone more sensible can benefit from what I told you.

Tax going out of his way to not ask incriminating questions?he not Barbreh Walters dog.this nikka barely put together decent interviews in his best episodes.this nikka be too high and dusse'd out to be calculating what questions NOT to ask.nikka had nothing ready other than that jim jones question n freestyled the rest.(as usual)

Trial over,he been got sentenced n was already in jail by the time this came out.why wouldnt he be able to comment on Jim jones?
